Mark decided to come to Houston's number one furniture store today because he had store credit for a mattress that he had bought before. He did not know that he was able to use the store credit towards anything in the store, so whenever he found out that he was able to use the store credit towards a television, he became very excited.

Gallery Furniture had donated televisions to Continental Airlines, where Mark had worked before. Continental Airlines put those televisions in the break room and the employees were able to enjoy watching television on their lunch breaks. Because Gallery Furniture had donated the televisions to Continental Airlines, Mark and his fellow coworkers respected Gallery Furniture and Mark had become a loyal customer to Gallery Furniture.
Mark purchased a brand new crystal clear Houston 42" JVC television to bring home to his family. Mark said that Craig his sales did a great job in assisting him find the right television for his Houston home. Craig treated Mark to a free lunch for hotdogs and hamburgers at the deli. They were able to shoot the bull for a little while and enjoy talking about their common interests.

Gallery Furniture did not know what was coming when Bessie M. came to the store. She was on a mission and was not going to let anyone stop her. Her daughter and granddaughter came here with her and had a surprise in store for Bessie.
Bessie has shopped at Gallery Furniture in Houston many times and so has a lot of her family members. She is actually replacing a chair that one of her family members bought her many years ago. Well, while Bessie was looking through the newspaper at home she saw a great ad for a sale on recliners at Gallery Furniture in Houston. It was her goal and she said she would have pulled her pistol out if someone took it away from her! Gerry and Jan were ready for new furniture. They had many options of furniture stores near by so they decided to shop around. The first stop was The Room Store and what a stop it was. Gerry and Jan said the selection was very big and they did not have many choices. The next stop was Fingers Furniture. To their surprise they had a lot to look at but nothing to buy. The family wanted furniture TODAY, but Fingers could not delivery anything they picked out until another month and a half. It started feeling like the Grinch Stole Christmas from Gerry and Jan. What do you do when your ceilings are too low? You adjust! Customer Jimmy and Karen came to Gallery Furniture for theater seating to set up their new Houston home theater room. He recently remodeled the room and had everything prepared for it to have the theater seating and risers installed.

What Jimmy did not expect was that the ceilings were going to be too low! Gallery Furniture's theater seat installation team, Roy and Justin, already had the wood and platforms cut to set up the risers. To fix it for Jimmy and Karen, the guys had to remove six inches off all the pieces of wood and make sure everything was even. The guys did everything to make sure that Jimmy and Karen were fully satisfied and did not leave till they were. They could not have been happier with the final results.

Melanie and her children came into Gallery Furniture today after having a "fiasco" happen with Ashley Furniture. Melanie decided to come to Gallery Furniture after her problems with Ashley because she knew Gallery Furniture delivered tonight and had a great reputation. To give you a better idea of the problems Melanie had with Ashley furniture, this is what she told Gallery Furniture:
"I bought a sofa, love seat, and chair from Ashley Furniture. When they delivered the furniture, there was absolutely no protection on the couch. The delivery people that Ashley Furniture sent threw all my pillows on the ground and didn't care at all if my furniture was in a good condition once it was in my home. Then they took the over sized couch that didn't have any plastic covering and tried to fit it through my small door frame. Well obviously the outside of my door frame was a little dirty, and the dirt streaked all the way down the side of the couch as they pushed it through."

Takisha serves our country in the Air Force National Guard and is based at Ellington Field. After shopping around online, Takisha and her son Joshua walked in to Gallery Furniture with credit already pre-approved from www.GalleryFurniture.com.
