GIVEBACK GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES – JULY 2021 thru AUGUST 2021

SWEEPSTAKES DATES----

Website entries to begin July 7, 2021 at 12:01am CST and conclude on July 30, 2021 at 5:00pm CST for the $10,000 Furniture Giveaway held on July 30, 2021 at 5:00pm CST. Website entries to begin July 31, 2021 at 12:01am CST and conclude on August 27, 2021 at 5:00pm CST for the $10,000 Furniture Giveaway held on August 27, 2021 at 5:00pm CST. 

Facebook entries to begin July 7, 2021 at 12:01am CST and conclude on July 30, 2021 at 5:00pm CST for the FREE Vehicle Giveaway held on July 30, 2021 at 5:00pm CST. Facebook entries to begin July 31, 2021 at 12:01am CST and conclude on August 27, 2021 at 5:00pm CST for the FREE Vehicle Giveaway held on August 27, 2021 at 5:00pm CST.

ELIGIBILITY----

The Henson Brand and Gallery Furniture Giveback Giveaway Sweepstakes is open to United States residents over the age of 18. Excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. To win the FREE Vehicle prize, entrant must also have a valid driver’s license. Previous Giveback Giveaway FREE Vehicle or Cash winners (prior to this sweepstakes) cannot win. Henson Brand employees and their immediate families, as well as, Gallery Furniture Employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

PRIZES----

Prize One, provided by Gallery Furniture: Marketed as Furniture Package valued at $10,000 ($10,000 Furniture Package). Gift will be given via form of Gift Certificate valid at the Gallery Furniture location listed above and can be used for any product at Gallery Furniture. No Cash Value. Must be redeemed by December 31, 2021 at close of business. One (1) $10,000 Furniture Package will be given away July 30, 2021 and one (1) will be given away August 27, 2021. Two (2) $10,000 Furniture Packages total.

Prize Two, provided by Henson Brand: Marketed as a FREE Vehicle during the Giveback Giveaway. Throughout the month, Henson Brand will use their Facebook platform to showcase one (1) to four (4) different vehicle options valued at up to $10,000. The vehicle winner will have their choice between one (1) of the vehicles or $6,000 cash in the form of a check. One (1) vehicle will be given away July 30, 2021 and one (1) will be given away August 27, 2021. Two (2) free vehicles total. The use of the word “vehicles” in these rules also includes the option to choose $6,000 cash.

Winning one (1) of the prizes listed above during either July 2021 or August 2021, excludes you from winning again during this sweepstakes. Winning the FREE Vehicle from Henson Brand will exclude you from winning a FREE Vehicle during any future Henson Brand Giveback Giveaways outside of this sweepstakes as well. At the end of the Henson Brand and Gallery Furniture Giveback Giveaway Sweepstakes there will be four (4) separate winners; one (1) $10,000 Furniture Package winner from July 30, 2021, one (1) FREE Vehicle Giveaway winner from July 30, 2021, one (1) $10,000 Furniture Package winner from August 27, 2021, one (1) FREE Vehicle Giveaway winner from August 27, 2021. 

HOW TO ENTER----

$10,000 Furniture Package Giveaway: Visit HensonBrand.com or GalleryFurniture.com or follow the QR code provided on any or all marketing materials to find the Giveback Giveaway entry form. Complete all fields on the form and click submit. Each entrant will have one entry submitted into the final drawing from each website. One (1) entrant will have no more than two (2) entries (one (1) from HensonBrand.com and one (1) from GalleryFurniture.com) each month (July 2021 and August 2021). At the end of each entry period (July 30, 2021 and August 27, 2021) Gallery Furniture will turn in the full list of entrants who entered via GalleryFurniture.com by way of Excel spreadsheet to Henson Brand. Henson Brand Dealerships will combine Gallery Furniture entrants with Henson Brand Entrants into one Excel spreadsheet.

Free Vehicle Giveaway: Step One, Visit Henson Brand Dealerships on Facebook and find their pinned post (the pinned post is the first post on the page, pinned to the top) which holds complete entry rules and details as well as a graphic identifying it as the official entry post. Comment on the pinned post to serve as the first step to your entry. What you comment has no effect on your entry status. Step Two, Share at least one of the current month’s Facebook Live Giveback Giveaway Promotional Videos (giveaway videos) to your own Facebook page on public. You can find the Giveaway Videos in the video tab of the Henson Brand Dealerships page under the playlist titled “#GivebackGiveaway” or posted to the timeline of Henson Brand Dealerships.

PRIZE DRAWINGS----

$10,000 Furniture Package Giveaway and FREE Vehicle Giveaway will be held on the last Friday of each month (July 30, 2021 and August 27, 2021) at 5:00pm Central Standard Time (CST). 

$10,000 Furniture Package Giveaway: Henson Brand and Gallery Furniture will both go live from their respective Facebook Pages at 5pm CST on July 30, 2021 and August 27, 2021. Henson Brand will compile the full list of entrants from both HensonBrand.com and GalleryFurniture.com removing any duplicates from either site. An individual may only have one (1) entry from HensonBrand.com and GalleryFurniture.com, giving the entrant a total of (2) entries per month (July 2021 and August 2021) into the $10,000 Furniture Giveaway. Once the entrant list has been fully compiled and deduplicated, all entrants will be numbered. Henson Brand will have Google choose a number between one (1) and the number of entrants received. The name associated with that number will be the $10,000 Furniture Package Winner. At that time, Henson Brand and/or Gallery Furniture will call the winner while still on Facebook Live to announce them as the $10,000 Furniture Package winner!

Free Vehicle Giveaway: Henson Brand will go live from their Facebook page, Henson Brand Dealerships, at 5pm CST on July 30, 2021 and August 27, 2021. Henson Brand will use a Facebook-provided random comment picker app (commentpicker.com) to draw names from the pinned post for the giveaway. Six (6) names will be drawn in total. For the July 30, 2021 Giveaway, the 1st Semi-Finalist will be drawn LIVE Fri, July 2 at 5pm CST, the 2nd Semi-Finalist will be drawn LIVE Fri, July 9 at 5pm CST, the 3rd Semi-Finalist will be drawn LIVE Fri, July 16 at 5pm CST, the 4th Semi-Finalist will be drawn LIVE Fri, July 23 at 5pm CST and the 5th & 6th Semi-Finalists will be drawn LIVE Fri, July 30 at 5pm CST. For the August 27, 2021 Giveaway, the 1st Semi-Finalist will be drawn LIVE Fri, Aug 6 at 5pm CST, the 2nd Semi-Finalist will be drawn LIVE Fri, Aug 13 at 5pm CST, the 3rd Semi-Finalist will be drawn LIVE Fri, Aug 20 at 5pm CST, the 4th, 5th & 6th Semi-Finalist will be drawn LIVE Fri, Aug 27 at 5pm CST. Henson Brand will look at the Facebook profile for the entrant whose name was drawn, at the time they are drawn, to verify that a Giveaway Video was shared on public. If Henson Brand can successfully find a shared Giveaway Video after scrolling back thru the entrants Facebook Profile up until June 28, 2021 for the July 30, 2021 giveaway or July 31, 2021 for the August 27, 2021 giveaway, the entrant’s name will be added to the list of Semi-Finalists as a Semi-Finalist. If Henson Brand cannot verify that a video was shared on an entrant’s Facebook profile on public, that entrant will not be added to the semi-finalist list and Henson Brand will draw again. Once all six (6) semi-finalists have been selected during the live on July 30, 2021 and August 27, 2021, Henson Brand will have Google choose a number between one (1) and six (6). The semi-finalist whose name corresponds with the number Google chose will be our Vehicle Giveaway winner. Henson Brand will call the winner via Facebook Messenger and they will have their choice of one (1) of the vehicle options or $6,000 cash. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION----

There is no cost to enter the $10,000 Furniture Giveaway or the FREE Vehicle Giveaway. No purchase necessary. 

In the case that the $10,000 Furniture Giveaway Winner is out of the state of Texas, a delivery fee of $1,000 will be charged to the winner or deducted from the $10,000 prize value. To claim your $10,000 Furniture Package you will need to provide the following information to Gallery Furniture: First and Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Physical Address and Mailing Address.

The Free Vehicle Winner will not be responsible for any fees, taxes, registrations charges, vehicle costs, or otherwise in association with registering and receiving the vehicle. The FREE Vehicle winner will have the option to come into Henson Brand Dealerships to claim their vehicle at their own expense, be flown in to claim their vehicle at Henson Brand’s expense or have their vehicle shipped to them at Henson Brand’s expense. To claim your FREE Vehicle, you will need to provide the following information to Henson Brand: First and Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Physical Address, Mailing Address, Photo of Driver’s License (front and back) and Social Security Number.

Delivery of the $10,000 Furniture Package and FREE Vehicle could take up to three (3) weeks from date of winning. 

Any personal information provided either during the entry stage or when providing winner’s information is for the use of Gallery Furniture and Henson Brand and will not be sold to any third-party company. By completing an entry form on HensonBrand.com or on Gallery Furniture.com, you are opting in to receive promotional messages by text, email and phone from both Henson Brand and Gallery Furniture. 

Any and all winner selections are final as determined by Henson Brand and Gallery Furniture. Any and all winners must agree to Henson Brand and Gallery Furniture using their name and/or likeness in announcing them as the winner and in any post-sweepstakes promotions.

A full list of winners will be provided via Henson Dealerships Facebook page and on HensonBrand.com and GalleryFurniture.com on or after September 1, 2021.
