So far the material has held up without a hitch with 8 cats. We were hesitant to get anything non fabric but we did the key test on the fabric in the store and took a leap of faith in Mr. Marc's word. They are very comfortable and keep a good temperature to sit on.
We were bouncing ideas of a sofa/loveseat from another store and Gallery Furniture. Once we sat in each multiple times, the quality was clear. The price difference was justified being that we spend a lot of time in our home.
