His employees from the sales people to the cashier to the delivery people are all super kind, caring, and helpful. Tyler, my salesman, listened closely to my qualifications for recliners and took me directly to what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and patient and I never felt rushed. The delivery guys were very kind and helpful, moving my furniture around as I directed. What became very clear to me at the end of the day is that Mr. McIngvale knows better than anyone how to run a solid business and his employees are the face of that business. They speak of him very fondly and respectfully. What makes me a return customer though is not just the great service, but the way he gives back to our community. Whether it’s hurricane refugees or flood victims, you can count on Mac and Gallery Furniture to step up to the plate in a big way. Bravo!
I bought two of these recliners and not only are they very handsome and work well with my decor, but they are also extremely comfortable. I like all the options for reclining, especially the preset buttons for TV viewing and sleeping. I have a bad back and I have already used the massage and zero gravity features which relieved my pain. The remote is easy to use and can only be improved by making it wireless. The most important characteristic for me is the microfiber fabric which is very leather-like and cat-proof! No more clawing the furniture!
We went to Gallery Furniture to shop for sofas. Our salesman, Scott, was fantastic. He showed us around, was very knowledgeable about the products, and answered all of our questions. We ended up purchasing two Mayo sofas, which are perfect for my tall husband.
