The Gallery Furniture team proudly invites everyone who took refuge at Gallery Furniture, who got cleaning supplies in the months following, who volunteered to help those that needed it during the last year, anyone affected by Hurricane Harvey, Houstonians that helped their local community after Harvey, and anyone else that wants to join their fellow Houstonians for free food trucks, fun and to celebrate unity in the community on August 26th at 6006 North Freeway or 7227 West Grand Parkway South from 7-10pm!

On August 17th, 2017 Hurricane Harvey made landfall. This terrible storm caused $125 billion in damage, and lost countless Houstonians their homes. Gallery Furniture and Mattress Mack continue to pray for those families that were affected, and are still recovering their homes. While the stress of Houston were devastated, Mattress Mack opened both the 6006 North Freeway and 7227 West Grand Parkway South showrooms to those that needed shelter, and distributed cleaning supplies as well as food to those that needed it in the weeks that followed. 

In remembrance of that day and those that followed, Gallery Furniture and Mattress Mack are hosting a Hurricane Harvey Anniversary Reunion and Party to serve as a celebration of the Houston community! Through it all, the people of this community have stood together, and because of the unbreakable spirit of Houston, grown stronger and closer in the process. On Sunday, August 26th head to 6006 North Freeway and 7227 West Grand Parkway South for this very special gathering, and help to celebrate this that made Houston’s success possible.
