How It Works:

Submit a Nomination:
Fill out the form on this page to nominate someone you think deserves a free mattress. Share their story and let Gallery Furniture know why they are deserving of this gift.

Selection Process:
Each week, Gallery Furniture will choose up to three submissions for follow-up interviews. These lucky nominees will have the chance to meet Mattress Mack and share their story on video for GF’s social media platforms.

Winning the Mattress:
Of the three weekly nominees, the most touching and impactful interview will win the king or queen-size mattress!

Requirements for Potential Winners:
Must be willing to participate in a video interview with Mattress Mack.

Must agree to share their story and video on Gallery Furniture’s social media platforms.
