The other day, our drivers knocked on the customer's door. The customer's sister came to the door. She said, "We're going to have to cancel this delivery of this mattress and adjustable base because my sister can't get out of bed."

And the driver said, "How can we help?"

And they said, "Well, I guess you could take her out of bed and put her on the couch while you move the other mattress out and bring the new one in."

The driver says, "Done."

Our incredible delivery driver, Nate, goes in there, picks this lady up, takes her out of the room, and puts her on the sofa.

They take her old mattress and adjustable base out, put the new one in, and set it up. He picks her up again, sets her back on the mattress, and gets her comfortable.
