Can I use my existing box spring, box foundation, or bed frame with a Tempur-Pedic mattress?

Tempur-Pedic mattresses need a solid, flat, or slatted foundation. Traditional box springs with springs inside are usually not recommended since they don't provide even support.

An adjustable base or a solid platform foundation is the better way to do it.
