Oh yeah, we surprise people all the time. People move here from California, New York, from Illinois, out of state, and they're used to waiting 6 or 8 weeks for furniture delivery. And they come in and buy furniture, and they're expecting the six-week answer on when it's going to be delivered. And the salesman says, "You want it delivered tonight?"

They say, "Do what?"

And yeah, "You want it delivered tonight?"

"There's no way."

Then we deliver it the same night. I call them back the next day, and they're absolutely flabbergasted.
