Good question, how do you prepare your home for delivery? Move things out of the way that might inhibit the drivers coming in.
If you've got a sconce on the wall or your favorite family portrait on the wall, and it's a tight fit, you might want to take it down so there's no damage. Just clear the way, and then when the drivers get there, they're going to do a walkthrough and see where they're going, how to get there, so they're properly prepared and bring the furniture into your home.
So just move things out of the way and make sure that your home is ready to take the delivery.
