We go overboard to make deliveries that are virtually impossible. We go overboard to help customers. The other day, one of our drivers knocked on the door.
The customer said, "We're gonna have to cancel this delivery." It was an adjustable mattress and base.
And the driver said, "What can I do to help?"
They said, "Well, Mrs. Jones is bedridden. She's in the bed. We can't get her out of the bed to move her to the couch so you can take out the old bed and bring in the new one."
And the driver said, "I'll do it."
He walked in there, and the customer was amenable to it. She got wrapped up in the blankets. He picked her up, walked her out of the bedroom, down the hallway, put her on the couch in the living room. They moved out the old mattress, brought in the new mattress and adjustable base.
He picked her up again from the couch, took her, put her in the bed. She was delighted. That's what Gallery Furniture does.
