Why is buying American furniture good for the economy?

Because it provides jobs and resources for American towns. Before the offshoring of all the industrial base of the United States to China, Vietnam, etc., there were 20–30 small towns in Mississippi. There were hundreds of small towns in North Carolina that were run by a furniture factory.

It provided jobs for 300 people, provided this tremendous tax base, paid for the schools, paid for everything. Then all of a sudden, the offshoring started, all those wonderful plants closed up, all the unemployment spread, and the fentanyl crisis and the oxycodone crisis spread across the United States.

Jobs for Americans create a stronger America. That's why we're such big believers in people buying American products and supporting American jobs.
