People ask me all the time about Hurricane Harvey. They said, how did you let all those people into your furniture store? Well, I was sitting up at the front and I saw where people were flooding all over Houston on TV. We had these high cube box trucks.
I said, let's go pick up the people. We went out there, we picked them up. We brought their families in.
Some of them brought their dogs and cats. We brought them in. We fed them.
We kept them here for four or five days. And people were aghast. They said, how can you let all these people into your furniture store? They're sitting on your sofas.
They're sleeping in your mattress, etc. How do you do that? What else am I going to do? Let my people drown? It was a very easy decision. Do it again in the New York minute.
