What does Gallery Furniture do to protect my home when delivering furniture?
First thing we do, we call 30 minutes before we're going to be at your home to let you know we're on the way, kind of reduce some of that waiting and anxiety that we all feel.
Number two, when Gallery Furniture drivers show up, they're going to knock on your door, and they're going to go in and ask, with your permission, obviously, to make a path to where they're goingβto the bedroom, to the living room, upstairs, downstairs.
They're going to make a path, and if they see an obstacle in the way, like a sconce on the wall, an expensive lamp, or a sofa table that needs to be moved to bring in the furniture, with your permission, they'll ask to move it.
They'll clear the way so they have an easy way to get the furniture in and, most of all, make it safe for your home.
Before bringing the furniture in, they're going to evaluate the entire path. They'll find out if it's a narrow hallway, if it's upstairs, and what tasks they'll be designated to do.
They're going to remove decorations, lamps, artwork, and other items that could be damaged during the delivery to make sure your home is safe and secure.
Once they do that, they bring the furniture in. It comes in blue blankets. It's shrink-wrapped, blanket-wrapped, and shrink-wrapped, so it's safe and secure. The blue blankets protect the furniture and protect your home as well.
Great delivery starts with a great plan. They're going to develop a plan when they go to your home by walking through, and they're going to remember that prior preparation prevents poor performance.
The goal is simple: protect both your furniture and your home.
That's why we do a walkthrough when we get there, to make sure everything is clear.
Then we deliver the furniture, set it up for you, and you'll love your new furniture, delivered FREE today by Gallery Furniture any purchase in the Houston area $1,000 or more.
