Why is same-day delivery so important?
Because that's what customers want. They want to buy it and get it. They get fast food, they buy a car, they drive it home. People want things, they want them today.
So at Gallery Furniture, we realize when you buy that new furniture, there's lots of anticipation in the family. People call quite often, "When's my delivery going to be there?" They're anxious about it.
We want to ease that anxiety by showing up with the furniture, delivering it, putting it in your home, making you happy.
That's why we deliver today, because that's what customers want, that's what customers need, and that's what customers deserve.
