Seeing the customer, dealing with customers, that's my favorite part.

A lot of people in retail nowadays, they want to stay in the back room, they want to read spreadsheets, and they run the business from spreadsheets. I run the business by talking to customers.

I love interacting with customers. I love seeing those customers' joy when I call them back the next day and they say, "For the first time in 6 months, I've slept all night long on that Tempur-Pedic mattress, on that MacZcliner."
