How the MacZcliner Changed Our Customers' Lives

Most emotional customer reaction we've ever seen is when I call back the customers.

After every customer buys furniture, I call them the next day to make sure the delivery went well. And many customers, after they get a MacZcliner, when I call them, they go to tears because it's the first time they've slept well in 6 or 8 months, and they've been in this excruciating pain.

So, quite often, when you deliver a Tempur-Pedic adjustable base or a MacZcliner, customers get emotional because it's such a big deal.
