How much should you budget for a quality sofa?

It used to be $999 would be a quality sofa, but inflation in the United States has really gone up in the last 20–30 years. A home used to cost less than $100,000.

Now they're $500,000.

So I would say anywhere from $1,499 to $2,499, somewhere in that range right now.
$1,499 at the low end, $2,499 at the high end.
