How can customers tell whether a sofa is well-built before buying it?
You know, one way is just pick it up. If it's heavy, it's probably very well-built. It's got good foam in it. It's got a good solid wood frame in it. It's got steel in it. Pick it up.
Another way is to sit on it. Does it sit great? How's the seat bottom? How's the back? Does it feel good? Does it support you?
Ask the salesperson, what type of fabric is it? Fabric or leather? Is it a performance fabric? Will it sustain kids and pets? It spills and thrills. Ask a lot of questions.
Sit on it, feel it, and you'll know the real thing when you sit on it.
