How do you start your day? How do I start my day? I come into Gallery Furniture and first thing I do, I print out a list on the computer of people to call back who got delivered the day before or they picked up their furniture the day before.
That's generally about 100 to 150 people and I call the people and about half of them answer, the other half I send a text message to and I want to hear from customers.
Did we do a good job of delighting them with their furniture? Because buying furniture in a store online is kind of a soulless proposition.
Having people in your home is very, very personal so we want to make sure we're delivering the best possible service to our customers every day. That's why I call back customers four or five hours every single day.
