MacZcliner Review: A Customer Shares Their Gallery Furniture Experience

At the first of the year, I had quadruple bypass surgery, sounds like me, and cervical spine surgery. I spent about eight months in a recliner chair. I wore it out. When it was time to buy a new recliner, there was no doubt in my mind where I would purchase it. I went into the Gallery Furniture website, ordered a MacZcliner by Flexsteel.

The chair I had been living in was a good one, but the chair is amazingly superior, the MacZcliner. Mattress Mack had a great reputation for following through with superior customer service. His whole team lives up to that reputation. The chair was delivered less than four hours after I ordered it.

Delivery guys were courteous and professional. I received a follow-up call and a text from the owner, Mattress Mack, to make sure I was happy. I am. Gallery Furniture came through.
