We get customers come in all the time, these young people with their mom and dad. Mom and dad are buying these, uh, wonderful MacZcliners, and to see everybody's lights, eyes light up, knowing that mom or dad's gonna get a great night's sleep tonight for the first time in months, that's what makes me happy.
Delighting customers makes us happy. Calling back the customers, which I do every morning, making sure the delivery was right. That's why we're in business, is to delight our customers first, last, and always.
That's why I'm proud to get up and come to Gallery Furniture and go to work every day to make customers happy.
