Mack, what's your favorite part of the day that you look forward to? My favorite part of the day I look forward to is talking with customers.

I love to talk to customers, love the interaction, love hearing their stories about how they met me at their school 30 years ago in Pasadena and La Porte in Houston, wherever, and how their life has progressed. And they're buying furniture out here and they've bought it here many times before, so I really like talking to customers all day long.
That's generally the highlight of the day.
