Mack, what does your bedtime routine look like?

My bedtime routine? I get home, I turn the lights off, I get in my MacZcliner, put the blanket over it, and I go to sleep in that MacZcliner.

I sleep all night sometimes, I might get up and get in that Tempur-Pedic as well, but either I'm in a MacZcliner or Tempur-Pedic one or the other, and I got to tell you, I sleep great every night. Don't use any sleep meds, never have, never will. It's all natural.

In terms of that, sir, when do you cut off your caffeine intake? Do you drink any alcohol?

Oh, I haven't drank any alcohol now for 75 years, so that's kind of out but caffeine, I drink Starbucks in the morning and that's it.

Other than that, I'm on a water and occasional apple juice diet, so I don't have any problem falling asleep at night.
