Mack, what motivates you to keep going every day? What motivates me to keep going every day is a good question. I like the game of free enterprise. I like the fact that we've got about 200 hardworking people out here.

And a lot of our team members, this life is job changing for them. They find a community. They find that work becomes their life's greatest therapy.

So and also, by being out here every day, I run into hundreds of modern day saints, these parents that come in here with their child who's fully autistic, the child may be three years old, may be 13, may be 33, may be 43, 53, but those parents are caring for that child every single day. How could you not help but come to work when you get to see modern day saints and great young people are trying to better themselves every single day?
