The Best Mattress Isn’t the Same for Everyone

People ask me all the time, when I Google “best mattress,” I get all sorts of replies. What should I do?

Here's the problem. The best mattress for a 280-pound sleeper, back sleeper, may be completely different than the best mattress for a 130-pound side sleeper.

Do you sleep hot? Do your shoulders need more pressure relief? Does your partner toss and turn all night? Do you want an adjustable base on your mattress? These are the questions that lead to the right mattress.
