I got this recent note from a customer they said,
“First, let me say thank you to Mattress Mack. I was quite surprised when he answered my call and handled my situation in less than two seconds.
I told him I had purchased a MacZcliner due to a major rotary cuff injury last May. I was not home when it arrived and our house is a two-story home. We had to move furniture into the master bedroom to make it fit so I could sleep in it during recovery time.
By the way, what an awesome recliner the MacZcliner is, anyways, I explained my situation and was calling for a manual of how to take the chair apart and move it downstairs. I now have to have a knee replacement and need to live downstairs for a while.
Mack immediately told someone standing next to him on the phone to divert a delivery team that was in my area to come and move it for me, FREE of charge.
I was shocked because I was thinking when I called the store number that this was going to be an ordeal and I would be lucky to get this manual in about a month. Wow, was I wrong thinking nobody has this kind of commitment to customer service.
Mattress Mack, wanna thank you for what you did, you don't know me from any other customer who walks in your store. I see why you're a legend in the furniture business.
My commitment to you now is when we need any type of furniture, you'll get my business first.
Quick note, your delivery guys were awesome and reflect the same type of commitment that apparently runs rampant over there at Gallery Furniture. Lucky and his partner were amazing, they had that big chair moved in about 10 minutes tops.
