It is a great chair, it is the rest, recovery, and rejuvenation chair. Tell us about a customer you delivered the MacZcliner and they were a little bit tentative, they wanted to know how to use it and did you go above and beyond showing them how to use all the gadgetry on the MacZcliner?

Yes sir, so we actually delivered to this elderly lady. She was I guess in her mid-80s. She seen a commercial on TV, the one you advertised, and she just had to have one. She said she had just recently had a hip surgery and she called in to get a Zcliner, she actually called in and bought it online.

A lot of people buy MacZcliners they had hip surgery, they might be 20 years old, 40. She had to be in her mid-80s, go ahead. So when we actually delivered it to her, we moved some of her furniture around and cleared a path, went in there, we make sure we don't damage anything when we walk into the houses, make a clear path.

My helper and I, we both got on our knee and showed her the remote and we pointed to her every single one, every button and showed her what it actually did.

We stayed there for maybe about 30 minutes and ran it through her about 2 or 3 times to make sure she got it memorized. And once she got it memorized, she was so excited and happy. She almost actually started crying because she said she ain't never had nothing so beautiful before.
