The Delivery Experience Customers Remember

Why do customers often rave about Gallery Furniture's delivery service?

I call back every customer the day after their delivery the next day, and I can't tell you the incredible reviews I get when I talk to people. About half don't answer, but then they send me these amazing texts saying, "Best delivery experience I ever had."

It's because the Gallery Furniture Delivery Professionals work for Gallery Furniture, and they understand they're not just delivering furniture, they're delivering something that is precious to the family.

A beautiful new power reclining sofa they're going to enjoy while watching big ball games and Netflix movies on for years.

They're delivering a dining room table and chairs where a wedding celebration is taking place in 2 or 3 days.

They're delivering a wonderful MacZcliner to somebody who's going to use it, benefit from it, and sleep in it every day.

Our delivery professionals respect your home.

They respect your family, they respect your pets. They communicate clearly. They assemble your furniture, they remove the packing materials.

They make sure everything is exactly where you want it, and that you know how to use the furniture before they leave.

More importantly, they genuinely care about making customers happy.

I can't tell you how many delivery guys come back and show me a video of a delighted customer, how they made a seemingly difficult delivery easy, and the customer was thrilled.

That's why Gallery Furniture is in business: to delight you, our customers, first, last, and always.

There's nothing more important than delivering your furniture right, with a smile on their face, and doing it right the first time.

That's why Gallery Furniture hires the best delivery people in the world.
