Okay, on that story I just said right there, I called the customer and told her that we are on our way. She said, she sounded like she was like, she said, “I ain't got nobody to help me.” She's in a panic mode. She said, “I ain't got nobody to help me. I got stuff everywhere. Y'all delivering my bedroom set. I ain't ready for y'all.”

Would you say she might've been caught? She had all sorts of stuff in the house.

She had all sorts of stuff in all over the place.

Like a hoarder, right?

Yeah, just exactly.

So we walk in the house, we look at it, I said, “Ma'am, hold up. We here. I'm here to help you.” I said, “You got a bedroom set. We're going to clear this out.

She said, “No, you just throw every–”.

“No, no, ma'am. We is not doing that. We're going to organize this.”

She has all stuff underneath her bed. What we did, we took off, we took her bed loose, all the boxes and stuff she had. We put that to the side. She took her shoes and stuff, we put them in a bag, put them to the side, had all her clothes and stuff.

And she looked at me she said, “Thank you so much because I didn't have no help.
I tried to get, I tried to get this little mover company to come help me and they, you know, and that I knew but they charged too much money. So I couldn't do that and I'm single.”

I said, “Ma’am no problem. We're going to help you, we're going to satisfy you. When we leave, you have a smile on your face”. And what we did, we clean up, we have to clear up everything, put her bed together and a nightstand, dresser, mirror and then she just came to me, just crying she said, “Thank you so much.”

The story these guys tell bring me to tears. They're surely not only great delivery people, but they're great humanitarians.
