The Secret Behind Gallery Furniture's Delivery Service

Gallery Furniture has its own delivery trucks for hiring, so we can make sure the delivery drivers know all about the furniture, how to set it up, how to take it into the customer's home. Because at Gallery Furniture, the only thing that matters is customer satisfaction. We're not worried about efficiency in trucking, we're worried about delighting customers. That's why we have our own team members delivering furniture. They work for Gallery Furniture, they drink the Kool-Aid, they know the only thing that matters is delighting customers.
