People ask me all the time, "What's the difference between Gallery Furniture and another furniture store?"
Well, the difference is simple. Gallery Furniture is here for customers. We're here to make our customers happy 24/7.
The other day, one of our outstanding young delivery drivers was delivering furniture. He knocked on the door. The customer said, "We're going to have to cancel." He said, "What's the problem? How can I help?"
They said, "We bought an adjustable base and adjustable mattress, a great Tempur-Pedic. She was all excited about it, but we can't get her out of the old bed. We can't move her, so we can't take the new bed. We can't get her out."
He said, "I'll handle that problem."
He went in there. The lady was having cancer treatment. She was very tired, very sick. He lifted her up in his arms, walked her into the living room, placed her on the couch, got her a blanket. She sat on the couch.
We set the furniture up, and we took out the old mattress and the old base, set up the adjustable base, set up the mattress.
He picked her up again, took her into the room, placed her in the bed. She was happy with the new adjustable base.
At Gallery Furniture, it's not about making money. It's about pleasing customers first, last, and always.
