The Ultimate Furniture Shopping Checklist

How do you compare furniture from different stores? Well, you sit in it, you look at it, you see what the materials are, you see if the upholstered furniture has performance fabric on it, you ask those questions.

You ask them how long it's going to take to deliver it. You ask them what is the maker, where is this furniture made at, where is it made at, how is it sourced, does it have harmful chemicals in it? There's a lot of questions to ask that determine whether or not to buy a piece of furniture.

Does it have formaldehyde in it? Does it off-gas? Is it going to affect the entire air system in my whole family's home?

Ask those questions before you buy that furniture. Is it made in China? Who made it? Is it made by slave labor? Or is it made by Amish craftsmen in the heartland of America?
Who am I supporting when I'm buying this furniture? What am I supporting? Am I buying American products? Am I supporting American jobs?

Because jobs for Americans are more important now than ever.
