Yes, just let us know about your stairwell. Now, if it's a new home and you don't have any rail on the stairs, we can't do that because it's a safety violation. Other than that, we'll get the furniture up the stairs.
Talk to your salesperson when buying it. Make sure it's a sofa, hopefully that comes apart, so if it's a tight stairwell, we can get it up. King-size mattresses, difficult going up some stairwells, let us know about that.
Do some pictures and some measurements on your stairwell, but absolutely positively, we'll take the furniture up the stairwell. It just has to be able to fit. Do the measurements beforehand, do a little bit of homework, saves a lot of hassle when we get there, but our delivery guys are ready, willing, and able to take your furniture upstairs with a little pre-work.
