What “Customer Comes First” Means at Gallery Furniture

What does Gallery Furniture mean when it says the customer comes first?

Simple. When you buy your mattress today, we're not going to tell you, "Well, John or Mary or Aunt Sally, whoever you are, we appreciate your business. We're going to see you in three weeks."

No, no, no. When the customer comes first, we're going to deliver this furniture to you today. It costs money to deliver furniture the same day.

You got to have truck drivers. You got to have trucks. You got to have people standing by. You got to have the inventory.

What does Gallery Furniture mean when the customer comes first? It means we're putting our entire business—the key thing in a business is customer satisfaction, not just sales and profits.

The customer comes first because we deliver to your home today, FREE, FREE, FREE in the Houston area so you can sleep great tonight. That's why you're buying the mattress. You want it right now.
