What Does Gallery Furniture Same-Day Delivery Include?

Customers asked, the same-day delivery included bringing the furniture inside and setting it up?

Absolutely, positively. We're not going to leave this big 100-inch Mayo sofa, made in Texas, on the front porch and expect these people to haul it in. They're not furniture people. We're going to knock on your door.

The process is, we're going to ask you where the furniture is going to go. Our delivery guys that work for Gallery Furniture, professional delivery men, will walk through and make sure they remove your lamps, fixtures, mirrors, ask you to put the cats and dogs up so they have a clear pathway to your living room, dining room, bedroom.

We'll bring the furniture in your home. We'll set it right where you want it. We'll remove the packing materials, get them out of your house. If you want us to scooch the furniture around a little bit so it's right where you want it, we're going to do that. We're going to make you happy.

If you buy power reclining furniture, we'll show you how to use it. We'll show you how to hook it up, how to set it up, go over the entire process with you. We do full-service in-home delivery.

And by the way, if you set it up with the cashier beforehand, if you want us to haul furniture replacing, absolutely FREE. We'll do that as well. Nobody does that.

Gallery Furniture does, because we're in the customer business. We're not in the furniture business.
