What Makes Amish Furniture Built to Last?

Why is Amish furniture so respected?

Because it's Made in America, made in the heartland of America, made by hand, made with love, made to last a lifetime. Amish craftsmen and women love their craft. It is their chosen life's work.

They put their heart and soul into making those dining room tables, those solid wood chairs, bedroom furniture. I'll give you a good example. Amish furniture, we've sold over 10,000 Amish dining room chairs here in the last 20 years.

Over 10,000. I asked the people that work in the service department the other day, "How many Amish chairs have come back broken?" They said less than 10. And those were generally from some type of mishap that had nothing to do with the chair.

Less than 10 out of 20,000. Before, when we carried all these Chinese chairs, every day customers would come in mad with the spindle of the chair, the broken leg, the grandpa fell over, the chair broke, that sort of thing.

Amish chairs, it never happens. Amish furniture Made in America. It's made to last. It's made for your Texas home.
