All of us. All of us are here. We talk about getting the order right the first time, about loading the furniture right, delivering it right, selling it, selling the customer a sectional that'll fit in the room.
If we drop the ball, we're going to pick it up as soon as possible, the next day or whatever, and make it right for you.
