Why Customer Happiness Means Everything to Mattress Mack

The greatest compliment I get from customers every day is, "I slept like a baby in this MacZcliner. Hadn't slept well for 6 or 8 months, been miserable. I slept great in this MacZcliner." That's a great compliment. Or, "I slept well in my Tempur-Pedic," or "My new MacModular looks great. Had a great time watching a football game with family and friends the other day." Customers delighted about the furniture, that's the best compliment they can give us.
