Why Gallery Furniture Delivers Furniture the Same Day

Why does Gallery Furniture believe the relationship with the customer begins rather than when it ends when the sale is made?

Because it's easy to buy furniture. Anybody can sell a new sofa, a new mattress. The hard part is getting it delivered to the customer's home, getting it set up right, making sure the customer is happy with it.

That's where Gallery Furniture excels. We have same-day delivery in the furniture business. Buy $1,000 or more, live in the Houston area, FREE same-day delivery.

From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, we're going to load it on the truck and deliver it to the Houston area home FREE today. It's not a good deal when you buy a mattress or a sofa and wait 12 weeks on a backorder slip. It takes all the fun out of it.

And on top of that, you could have been sleeping better for 12 weeks, for crying out loud. You buy a mattress, you buy a MacZcliner, you buy a MacModular sectional today, Gallery Furniture delivers tonight.

It is imperative to delight those customers today so they can enjoy the new furniture. They spent their hard-earned money. We took their money. Our obligation is simple.

Every furniture store's obligation: Get that furniture to them the same day they buy it. Only Gallery Furniture, only store in the world, does hundreds of same-day deliveries every day.

We're here for you, our customers.
