Do the heat massage actually help?

I don't know if they help or not. I'm not a doctor, but they certainly help me. After a long day, the heat massage just relaxes those muscles incredibly, and it's a whole lot cheaper than paying a masseuse a hundred bucks an hour to come over.

The heat massage, you turn it on, it doesn't cost a dime. That heat massage is working on my back right now and my lower body. It absolutely feels great.
