Why Some Furniture Stores Make You Wait Months for Delivery

Why do some furniture stores make customers wait weeks or months for a mattress they've already paid for?

That's a good question because they don't have any inventory. It's cheaper to run a furniture store with no inventory. We got about $10 million worth of inventory that we're sitting here ready to deliver to customers today.

Here's our competitor. Good example. Big fancy store.

They've got a big modular sectional. It's a nice modular sectional, has recliners and all that in it. They sell that modular sectional for $17,000.

And guess what? If you're lucky, you get it delivered in three and a half months. What are we doing here?

We sell the same type of sectional. We happen to believe ours is better.

Ours is made in Texas with USA-made parts. Our sectional has performance fabric on it. Theirs is $17,000.

Ours is $8,000. You buy their $17,000, you get it in four or five months. You buy ours, you get it in four or five hours.
