Wrong Sofa Delivered? How Gallery Furniture Fixes the Mistake Fast

Customers ask, what happens when the wrong sofa gets delivered?

Well, at Gallery Furniture, we do that about one out of every 200 trips. Wrong sofa gets delivered. What happens if we get egg all over our face? We're embarrassed. We load up another sofa and get it to you that same day.

If it's late at night, we'll get it to you the next day, and we apologize profusely. What happens when the other guys deliver the wrong sofa after you wait 16 weeks? I don't know, but it's another litany of horrors.

Buy your furniture from Gallery Furniture. Get happy. Get FREE delivery in the Houston area the same day.
