How to Leave a Review and Claim Your Gift
Search for Your Product
Go to GalleryFurniture.com and type the name of the product you would like to review in the search bar at the top of the page. You can also find your item by browsing through the furniture categories on the main menu.
Share Your Thoughts
On the product page, click “Write A Review” and tell us what you think. We want to hear it all, including what you loved, what could be improved, and any details that would help someone else decide.
Redeem Your Reward
Once your review is submitted, check your e-mail inbox for a confirmation email. Print it out and bring it with you to any Gallery Furniture location for verification. After that, your $50 gift certificate is ready to use on your next visit.

RULES FOR ENTRY:
- Product reviews must be filled out within 6 months after purchase.
- Multiple entries of the same item will be counted as one. Headboards, footboards, and rails will not be counted as separate reviews. In the event you purchased a dresser separately from the mirror, please leave a review of the dresser/mirror combination.
- Reviews must be of a product you have purchased directly from Gallery Furniture, either in-store, online, or by phone.
- Reviews must be written either by the person who purchased the furniture or a family member who resides with the purchaser at the delivery address listed on the order or at a new residence.
- You must use the same email for the product review you used when you made your purchase
- Product review certificates cannot be used with electronics, rugs, mattresses, or adjustable bases, or marked-down sale items.
- Customers are responsible for paying sales tax on items purchased using review credits.
- For example, if an item costs $100 and you apply two product review credits totaling $100, you will still need to pay the applicable 8.25% sales tax.
