Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes, as described below, begins at 10:00 A.M. CST on NOVEMBER 20, 2025 and ends at 10:00 P.M. CST on DECEMBER 20, 2025 (this time period will be herein defined as the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  

Who May Enter: The Sweepstakes is open to any individual who is a legal U.S. resident, who resides within 150 miles of the original Gallery Furniture store, located at 6006 North Freeway, Houston, TX 77076, who is a resident of the state of Texas and who is 18 years of age or older as of September 15, 2025 and who is not specifically excluded from participating in this Sweepstakes (“Entrant”). The following classes of persons are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes: (a) employees, officers, and directors of Gallery Furniture, Marriott Marquis Houston, and Love Advertising, and their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, any and all other companies associated with this Sweepstakes, and the members of the immediate families or Households of any of the above; or (b) individuals who do not meet the criteria set forth herein. The term “Household” as used herein is defined as individuals residing in the same dwelling or related within the first or second degree of consanguinity.    

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Gallery Furniture located at 6006 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77076.   

How To Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrants must go to the MATTRESS MACK & TEXAS WINTER LIGHTS HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY landing page and submit their entry during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different identities or email addresses will void that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.   

Drawing/Odds: On or about December 27, 2025, potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants who participate in this Sweepstakes fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules as well as the decision of Sponsor, which are final and binding.  

Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes:  

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:

• One (1) Tempur-Pedic mattress from Gallery Furniture - $3,000 ARV

Two (2) Second Prizes will be awarded:

• One (1) of two (2) recliners from Gallery Furniture - $999 ARV each
• One (1) two-night stay at Marriott Marquis Houston, including tickets for 4 to Texas Winter Lights - $1,270 ARV

Winner Notification: The potential prize winners will be notified by email or phone on or about October 27, 2025. Each potential prize winner must respond to Sponsor within three (3) business days of Sponsor’s first notification. In the event that the potential prize winner fails to respond to the notification within three (3) business days of Sponsor’s first notification to the potential prize winner or if it is determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that a potential prize winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, an alternate prize winner will be selected at random from among the remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded. Prizes will be fulfilled within 10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Each potential grand prize winner, first prize winner and second prize winner will be required to sign and return a W-9 tax form within ten (10) days of the notification at the Gallery Furniture store located at 6006 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77076. The value associated with the grand prize and second prize is taxable as income and each prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the prize awarded. The Sponsor must report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service in the year the prize is received by the prize winner and will be reported to the prize winner and the Internal Revenue Service in the form of a Form 1099.   

General Conditions: In the event the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason including, but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prizes at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees), and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.  

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and the agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipts or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Sweepstakes, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failure or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) any errors or problems with the Sweepstakes including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the winner, its cancellation or postponement or in any Sweepstakes related materials; (e) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto.) Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.  

Disputes: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Houston, Harris County, Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor shall be in accordance with the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict law rules, which cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Texas.

Use of Data: Information collected from an Entrant may be used by Sponsor to provide Entrant products, such as to fulfill Entrant’s requests for products or to help Sponsor personalize its services and marketing to Entrant. Sponsor may also use Entrant’s personal information to

support Sponsor’s business functions, such as fraud prevention, marketing, and legal functions. Sponsor is careful to share Entrant’s personal information in ways that respect Entrant’s privacy. Sponsor values its customers, not a product, and Sponsor does not sell or rent your personal information to others for money. All personal information that is collected from an Entrant will be used by Sponsor for its business and marketing. Sponsor requires that Entrant’s personal information will remain secure. Entrant’s personal information may be stored by Sponsor in a secure format.  

Winners List: To obtain a list of all prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Gallery Furniture, 6006 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77076 to be received no later than December 31, 2025.
