My husband had emergency spinal surgery, and I had to buy the chair over the phone. Mattress Mack was wonderful explaining what the chair can do and how it can help my husband. Had it delivered that day, and after my husband came home from the hospital, he found it to be a godsend.

The heat option brought him a lot of relief, and the chair lifting a person to a standing position was perfect for his needs. All around, it's a fabulous chair and well worth the money. We got the cappuccino color, which led the look.
