We bought two of these for the master bedroom sitting area. They are beautiful! And so comfortable, it is hard to make yourself get back up! There is so much control over how you can adjust the position of the chair. You can find just the right spot! And the massage and heat is icing on the cake. We love these!

Recently purchased a MacZcliner Cappuccino power assist lift chair and a matching loveseat. Gotta say I'm not overly impressed with the chair. It is plenty comfortable but the bottom seat cushion is always badly distorted/wrinkled after use. The loveseat cushions look fine after use and do not show the same distortion. I'm not sure if this is just a characteristic of the chair or if there is something wrong with my chair.
What a wonderful idea, to create recliners that can be used for sleeping! I love the color and design!

Spoke to Mack, told him my situation. He took care of getting my Zcliner to me the next day!!! He could have had it to me the same day, but I was not quite prepared to receive it yet. The next day it arrived right in the scheduled time frame. Delivery guys were polite, friendly and neat. They put my old recliner in another room. I purchased this recliner to replace an existing recliner. The purpose was to get a recliner that I could sleep in due to a medical condition. The MacZcliner fit the bill perfectly. Plenty of room, great lift, tilt, adjustable recline to any position. I have to sleep with my head elevated but still needed a more relaxed extension of the feet. This recliner is great. What Mac says is true. This is a very well built recliner that should give me years of use.

I absolutely love this recliner! It’s very comfortable and has quickly become my favorite spot to sit and relax. The cushioning is supportive without being too firm, and the reclining mechanism works smoothly. It also looks great and feels like a quality piece of furniture. I bought this electric recliner to use while recovering from surgery, and it has been perfect. It’s extremely comfortable, and I’ve actually been sleeping in it every night during my recovery. The electric controls make it very easy to find a comfortable position and to get in and out of the chair. I was also very impressed with the service—the chair was delivered the same day I bought it. First recliner i received made all kinds of squeezing noses, talked to Gloria in customer service. Thought someone was coming out to fix the noises, but Gallery brought a Brand new recliner. I cannot say anything bad on this one. Works perfect and no noises. Since am a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran, I sit in it probably eight hours a day. Could not be happier. I am about to have a hip replacement surgery and then a shoulder replacement surgery so I needed a lift chair that would be easy to get in and out of, that had a remote control that could go on either side and that I could sleep in comfortably after surgery.
