This recliner is very comfortable, better than my previous, and also very strong. I'm a big guy at 6 ft 200 lbs, and I fit into it perfectly with plenty of room to move. I'm addition the recliner looks very nice in our living room! The customer service is above par,I was kept up to date on the recliner up to the time it was delivered. Love my “Big Dog” lift chair! Saw the chair online and called the store to make sure the color was what we wanted. Matt was most helpful on the phone and made the purchase quick and easy when I visited the store later that day. Even had a follow up personalized video from Mac himself sitting in the chair, thanking me for the purchase! Nice touch.

Purchased the chair two weeks ago for my wife who really needed the support the chair offered. She has very much fallen in love with all the various adjustments that can help her be comfortable.

I bought this recliner while in the car heading home after three weeks in the hospital. I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep in my bed for awhile and thought I'd try this. Please do not publish this part! Almost a year later I'm still sleeping in the chair. I was let go from my high-paying job the day I was released and have lived off unemployment and then credit cards. I no longer have insurance and still have mobility issues - unable to continue physical therapy. Because I'm now late on my payments, I'm afraid I'll have to return this chair soon. I'm not asking for help, but rather to express how grateful I've been to have this chair. I know I'll have a new job soon and things will be better. I'll be back! The Flex steel lift chair was purchased for my husband, and he lives it. It is comfortable, and well made. Buying it from Gallery furniture was so easy and accommodating. This chair works well for my husband as he has Parkinson's. It enables him to be able to put up his feet as well as helps him stand. He has said he really likes it.

I have had the chair since October last year and have had to have service twice for the frame. Will be calling back for a third time because the last time the frame got changed out the main cord must have got caught under it because the chair no longer works and the cord is smashed and seems fried because it smells like it and smoked. Frame seems jacked up again as well. Hate the chair. It's not comfortable at all. Worst chair I have ever bought. Service from AHM is good.
