We bought two for our master bedroom and placed in the bay window area. We are enjoying the relaxation after long workdays and the support structure of the chairs as well as the massage and heating features. Walked in the store, bought this recliner, and drove away in less than 30 minutes. Mattress Mack checked in with us during the purchase. The recliner was delivered 4 hours later, no back (back back) order slip! And Mack called us the next morning to check on us and our purchase. I bought the recliner for my elderly mother and she loves it. I dare say she likes sleeping on the recliner more than her bed (she has a purple 4 mattress). This chair is very comfortable and durable. We bought this chair in preparation for my father's upcoming surgery and we cant get him out of it, nor will he share it. The cup holders are a perfect feature and he loves the heater and massager. I have no doubt that this chair will make his recovery so much easier and comfortable.
