We received our sectional on time and the guys worked with us figuring out the right configuration and were so professional. We absolutely love it and have already enjoyed much movie and rest time on it! I highly recommend this sectional to families with children and pets because of the material it is made from! This is greatest piece of furniture I’ve ever owned. Very comfortable in any position you can imagine. It will support you in a ways you didn’t realize like the support. Extremely well made and delivery and set up was a dream. We added an extra recliner on ours. 3 recliners in a row might seem crazy but I highly recommend. It’s literally another bed. Very satisfied with Matt Davila our salesman. Knows his stuff when it comes to any furniture in the store. Good guy go see him 😊
Didn’t really have an idea what I wanted but as soon as Will pointed out the Cougar sectional I knew it would be perfect! Color is a great neutral and I like it has a more modern look without compromising comfort. And excited about the easy care fabric.

We've had the Cougar Dark Grey Power Reclining Sectional for a bit now, and it's been a total game-changer. The fabric looks like leather but feels softer and is way more forgiving—especially with four dogs constantly hopping on and off. It's held up great so far and doesn't scratch easily, which was a huge concern for us. The triple power features are awesome—being able to adjust the headrest, recline, and lumbar support individually makes it super easy to find that just-right spot. The Zero Gravity recline is no joke, either—feels like a mini nap pod. The built-in cup holders, storage console, and USB ports are really handy, and I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate having a spot to stash remotes and charge my phone until now. It's a big sectional but still fits well in our space, and the backs come off which made moving it through the door way easier than expected. If you've got pets, like to kick back in comfort, or just want a sturdy, no-fuss sectional that still looks sharp, this one's definitely worth checking out.
Can't beat the lumbar control and headrest control. Also having the wireless chargers is super convenient
I am loving this sectional, its very comfortable and love that its very durable, also love the cup holders on the ends of the sectional. Very easy to fall asleep in. Had a small issue with one of the consules, customer service was wonderful, had it switched out that day no questions asked. Always have wounderful customer service.
First, just want to compliment our salesman JOHN UDEGBUNAM. He was extremely patient because coming in we really didn't know exactly what we wanted. We thought we knew what we wanted when we left, but decided to come back Sunday and might change our minds. Again completely understanding. Never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. Explained the battery situation and gave great insight on the difference. Glad we went no battery. Furniture is great. Fit exactly in the space. Extremely comfortable. Delivery guys were fantastic. Made some great suggestions. Very patient showing us how everything worked and made sure everything worked.
The furniture is very comfortable, and we all enjoy using it. Our guests that have tried it out seem very impressed as well.

This sectional is fantastic, it is comfortable and very tough, my dogs cannot scratch it up, the cup holders and storage are really handy and the recline is on point, you can adjust it to the perfect position.
